Uniform

We have set our uniform policy with flexibility and affordability in mind.

The school uniform consists of:

• Emerald green sweatshirt or cardigan with school logo. 
• White polo shirt 
• Grey skirt, trousers, shorts, pinafores. 
• Green gingham checks summer dress. 

You can buy items with the school logo from Prints of Wales (using school code Llangynidr123) or School Trends. 

We usually have a selection of secondhand uniform. Please speak to the school office to find out about plans for the next sale.

For PE, children wear T shirts and shorts, with trainers for outdoor PE. Football boots may be worn for football or rugby lessons.

Children are expected to come to school wearing their PE kit on the day of their class session.  A change of clothes and footwear may be needed when the weather gets a bit cooler and muckier.  

Monday    - Dosbarth y Bont (Reception/Year 1)

Tuesday    - Dosbarth yr Afon (Year 2/3/4)

Thursday  - Dosbarth y Gamlas (Year 2/3/4)

Friday       - Dosbarth y Mynydd (Year 5/6

Children should have an outdoor coat, as the outdoor area will still be used on wet days.  

Please label all items of clothing with your child's name.

We discourage the wearing of jewellery in school on health and safety grounds, but stud type earrings may be permitted on request. These should not be worn for PE or swimming.
